As part of their agile adoption and software development process, Hogar SI needed to run effective retrospectives across all of their teams. To do this, they looked to TeamRetro.
Scrum Master Fernando Baghe shares how they used TeamRetro to create actions that lead towards positive change and continuous improvement.
Who we are
Hogar SI is a non-profit organization with a mission to end homelessness by providing affordable housing for those in need.
Our team has been working tirelessly to make this goal a reality. However, coordinating and executing effective retrospective meetings has been a challenge for our decentralized team. That’s why we decided to implement TeamRetro as part of our agile adoption process.
With TeamRetro, our team has been able to improve communication and collaboration, leading to more effective adoption of agile methodologies and a greater impact on our mission to end homelessness.
Our TeamRetro experience
Before TeamRetro, each team member was using different tools and methods to conduct retrospectives. This resulted in inconsistent and less effective reviews.
With TeamRetro, we now have a consistent and easy-to-use platform for conducting retrospectives. The ready-to-use and customizable templates have also made it easier for our team to focus on the most important issues and come up with actionable solutions.
One of the most significant benefits of using TeamRetro is the ability to record feedback in real-time and track progress on a week-to-week basis.
This has allowed our team leads to closely monitor the team’s progress and satisfaction levels, making it easier to identify and address any issues that may arise.
TeamRetro’s integration with popular task management and communication tools has also been a hit with our team. This has allowed us to seamlessly integrate retrospectives into our daily workflow, saving us time and increasing productivity.
Why we recommend TeamRetro
In summary, TeamRetro has been instrumental in our agile adoption process and has helped us achieve our mission of ending homelessness.
Our team is more engaged and productive, and we look forward to conducting retrospectives each week.
We highly recommend TeamRetro for any organization looking to improve their agile adoption process.
