A significantly better tool
A great tool we use at Riot is @TeamRetroHQ. My past teams always did retros in confluence or a whiteboard, which was ok but TeamRetro is a significantly better tool for facilitating discussions and tracking team health over time.

No hassle with visualizing the data

Really useful and I prefer it
We've recently been using TeamRetro and I've found it really useful and prefer it to GoReflect which I'd used for a few years (and ScatterSpoke before that).
