Retrium FAQ’s : General

Retrium is an online tool that can be used for conducting agile team workshops aka Retrospectives online. It is primarily used by virtual or remote teams, who often work (according to the Scrum Framework) in sprints and prefer to use varying retro templates at the end of their iteration.

On the other hand, TeamRetro, Retrium’s alternative, is a cloud based retrospective tool that offers a wide array of retrospective templates and health checks (along with statistical information) and Insights into trends and patterns over time. It has easy to use interfaces that allows retrospectives to run smoothly and integrates with a wide range of workflow tools.

No, you can test Retrium for 30 days free of charge, but after that you have to pay for the Retrium tool. Prices start from $39 per team per month.

Meanwhile, Retrium’s alternative – TeamRetro, is also free for 30 days. Pricing for a single team is $25 with additional discounts for additional teams. See here for pricing information.

To cancel your subscription you will have to deactivate your team by logging into your account and navigate to their “danger zone”. A separate request has to be made to delete your account.

Retrium has taken some measures for the security of the app and data protection. Data is stored on servers in the USA. While Retrium is also GDPR compliant under European law, you may have to sign a DPA that allows Retrium to store your company and meeting data in the US. (https://www.retrium.com/gdpr).
