Eles orientam como as equipas trabalham sob press\u00e3o, como os conflitos s\u00e3o resolvidos e como os objetivos s\u00e3o alcan\u00e7ados. Quando vividos diariamente, reduzem o atrito, fazem emergir bloqueios mais cedo e tornam as conversas dif\u00edceis mais f\u00e1ceis.  <\/p>\n<p>Achas um pouco piegas falar sobre valores? Imagina o oposto. Como seria trabalhar com uma equipa sem compromisso, sem dire\u00e7\u00e3o, isolada, rude e evasiva? Ningu\u00e9m fala. Cumprir promessas a cada sprint.<br \/>Ex.: Alinhar em torno de um objetivo de sprint de uma frase e adaptar-se em conjunto quando as coisas escorregam. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><h3>2. Foco<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\"><p><strong>&#8220;<i>O foco principal est\u00e1 no trabalho do sprint para fazer o melhor progresso poss\u00edvel em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a esses objetivos<\/i>.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como \u00e9 que se parece? Proteger o que mais importa.<br \/>Ex.: Priorizar o trabalho e reduzir o ru\u00eddo para que o objetivo do sprint se mantenha no caminho certo e o product backlog seja gerido e preparado. <\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><h3>3.
