Elles guident la fa\u00e7on dont les \u00e9quipes travaillent sous pression, comment les conflits sont r\u00e9solus et comment les objectifs sont atteints. Lorsqu&#8217;elles sont v\u00e9cues quotidiennement, elles r\u00e9duisent les frictions, font remonter les blocages plus t\u00f4t et facilitent les conversations difficiles.  <\/p>\n<p>Tu penses que c&#8217;est un peu ringard de parler de valeurs ? Imagine l&#8217;inverse. Comment serait-ce de travailler avec une \u00e9quipe non engag\u00e9e, sans direction, cloisonn\u00e9e, impolie et fuyante ? Personne ne s&#8217;exprime.
