productive teams<\/h2>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>Developers are some of the most highly intelligent problem solvers you will ever be fortunate enough to work alongside, and my one goal for all my teams is their contentment.<\/p>\n<p>This may sound cheesy but it is the key to unlocking the greatest productivity in teams.<\/p>\n<p>Happy, motivated teams are productive teams and also as a result long-term employees. Teams really enjoy coming into a retro where it is based on current affairs. <\/p>\n<p>I have used themes such as Wimbledon, NFL and Barbie.
